Born in January 1987 KillaGreen grew up as 1 of 8 children in Cleveland Ohio.
He started making music at the age of 12 initially producing beats and going on to rap through his teens determined to perfect his craft in order to make music that would show the world his point of view.
Experiencing street life at close quarters made Killa determined to succeed in music and he continued to push himself releasing his first mixtape in 2007. Through 2008 and 2009 his focus was on improving his craft and producing music as he wanted it to sound. The new music created interest both on the streets and the internet which made Killa even hungrier for success.
A freak accident in August 2009 almost claimed his life and left him with injuries that could have ended his career; however Killa’s determination is such that he defied medical advice and continued to rap.
Unable to secure a recording deal in Cleveland he moved to Orlando in spring 2010 for a fresh start. This was the birth of Top Level Music, music that combines the raw edginess of the streets of Cleveland with smooth sultry music which is popular with his female fans.
In April 2010 he released the mixtape Zeah 0.1 which shows his talent and diversity as it combines lyrically hard hitting thought provoking songs drawn from his experiences on the streets and smooth sensual tracks aimed at his female fans.
Killa is currently working on a follow up mixtape Zeah 0.2 and an album for the summer. He is also working on collaborations with UK rappers and has plans to visit the UK later in the year for some live shows.
